Help identifying my Miyata frame

I am trying to identify my Miyata Racing Frame 12 Speed Bicycle and any help would be greatly appreciated! I have included a diagram of the numbers on the bottom of the crank housing and a link below to many photos. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide! The first letter in the serial number might be an "O", not a "Q" ( hard to tell - Rust? ) If you need any more info please contact me. I believe it was originally painted green and it has the following:
Avenir Seat
Dia-Compe Brakes
DNP Front Derailer
Suntour Rear Derailer
Shimano Biopace SIS Front Gears (62 & 42 Tooth)
Miyanta Cotterless Crank
Shimano Gear Levers
Araya 7000 Rims
