In my mountain biking group, the split is about 70/30 in favour of e-bikers.
My impression is that they are heavier and a bit harder to control, so should e-bikers have to get a license?
Show they can control their bikes?
As a thought, maybe your local fire station can run e-bikers through tests to show they have the ability to handle and control their e-bikes?
