Top Mount Brake Levers
#1
Hello,
I have top mount brake lever tektro RL 570 on my Fuji Touring bike and would like to take off these brake levers.
In order to remove them.
Do I have to get new brake cables to remove the brake levers ?
Or can I take them off and not have to get new cables ?
I thank you for your time and help.Smile
I like doing most of my own work and would appreciate your help.

You should be able to retain the inner wire but chances are the outers will need replacing.
The outer is parted either side of the Tektro lever.
Ride hard or ride home alone!
