Hello folks! I'm new to the forum and live in North Central Florida. There's a perception that everyone in Florida is near the beach. Further could be from the truth. Our area is all about clear water springs and cave diving...my wife and I have been riders for years. After a stroke, I find myself tiring at anything over ten miles. I'm trying to find a balance. Getting exercise and being a lazy bum and just going along for the ride. It's takes some getting used to! The handlebars are too low. After a major back surgery, I need to sit more erect. Bought some extenders. No instructions, but I don't think it's too hard. I love the Hawthorne Trail! It's part of the Rails for Trails conservatory. Buying unused railway paths and paving them for bikes! Very nice and usually in a canopy of trees. The trail is 36 miles round trip. Now we can do an up and back!!
