That's a free ball bearing hub.

The cones and bearings are custom to the hub. You may not be able to get just any axle to replace it.

If you still have the axle and the cones, then you simply need to pack the hub with grease and replace the bearings. Typically, they use 10 3/16" bearings.

Note that some front hubs also use 9 1/4" bearings just like most rear hubs.
