First road bike to buy

I recently decided to get into road cycling and was wondering what I should get as my first bike. I’m deciding between the giant tcr advanced 2 disc here: https://www.giant-bicycles.com/int/tcr-advanced-disc-2-pro-compact-2022 or buying the frame and parts separately and get it built up at a shop.

Giant's TCR Advanced is a reliable bike to begin with. I would personally go with a ready-to-go bike but then again it depends on how serious you are:

1) What's your budget - is it firm or are you ready to splash more than initially planned?
2) What are your ambitions - casual fitness rides, century rides, events, etc.?
