favorite bicycle memory

My favorite bicycle as a kid was riding bikes with my siblings and friends. We would ride everyday around town, we even rode in the snow pulling each other on a sled. Great memories.

Thanks for the memory Angie; makes me think of when my brothers and I would take our bikes out on the ice. We put screws through the tires; didn't work very good, but still had some fun and no busted bones either.

I was riding at a dirt track next to my house called sunset. Got good at riding in the early 2000's when bmx hit its stride. Also was racing my dog, chain came off and a handlarbar to the thigh causing 15 stitches

A friend of mine once spent New Year's in a hospital because we had this great idea to hit the local forest slopes with MTBs. We were teens, the snow was a bit icy and bike tires ... well not suitable for snowy or icy rides. Lots of downhill speed, a little bump, and whsoooosh down he went into the bushes. Have fun but keep it safe!

My favorite bicycle memory is from when I was six years old. We went out to eat and when we returned home Santa had brought my first green Schwinn bicycle. I rode that bike everywhere for many, many years.
