I just purchased a used Diamondback Outlook M3030.

I live in central Oklahoma and plan to use this on some maintained trails and when I go camping. I understand this bike is an entry model but it suits my purpose for now and will learn from it for my next bike.

The serial number is EF160 300375 which I think tells me it is a 2016 model produced in January.

I need to put an adjustable stem extender on it as I need a more vertical position when I ride.

Can anyone tell me if this bike uses a 25.4 or 31.8 stem?
