Hi Alan, do you have any photos? That might help.

I have a few photos I have taken today but they seem to be to large about 1.5mb. I am at a bit of a loss. Not sure what to do . Regards [email protected]

Wow, what a piece of work!
I've been in touch only with high-top-tube Jack Taylors, this one with the low tube is something new at least for me.
Lets see if I can help with identifying it, will have to later spend time at my computer. My initial guess is 1970.

An update: Alan managed to track the date all the way back to January 12, 1968.
Back in the days Jack Taylor made only few tandem bikes with step-through frames.

Cool Bike, very narrow market for sure. looks like it could be a tough sell if the buyer has to put in all the sweat equity of doing a proper refurbish. So many bicycles go up for sale in resto condition but the seller wants the dime without having to do more than wipe it off. Even a free bike is easy to throw a couple hundo at , not to mention the labor and time. But good luck to the seller. I hand polish all my frames , many times spending twenty or more hours just on that alone.
There are two kinds of people in the world, "Those who help themselves to people, and those who help people!"
