Suspension lockout slipped - How to repair

Need help to repair my front suspension fork lockout (Spinner hydraulic lockout 300) on my Trek 4300 (2011 model). During last operation, lockout slipped and now it is now suspension is locked. Now this lock cannot be released. Can somebody help me with repair procedure as to how to get this repair.

Not sure, but does Trek give any customer support on their website?
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

I wrote through their - contact us page and got first reply but then went silent. Finally I have opened the the suspension myself and found that the threads locking the piston rod with the fork had opened and when operating lockout the thread was rotating which should not rotate and not the lockout itself. So presently back on the pedals again and having happy cycling.
