front suspension fork

guys i wanted to maintench my front fork suspension and now i have a problem,

Brand is a cogan but i disambled every screw from it and it just won't detach the pipes to clean them

i removed bottom the top seals and all of the spring thats inside but pipes wont come off, so i wanted to screw them all together and now the bottom scres where going inside so cant use the bolds anymore
