Suspension Adjustment

My Dyno Mountain Bike Rear Suspension has no adjustment valve or twister. the spring is tensioned by a lockring threaded on to it . can or should i adjust it? likewise, my suspension forks come with rubber caps and no air valve or twisting adjustment. Please Help

I do believe the idea for the rear shock adjustment is for the "sag" that ones body weight creates. If you tighten it, there will be more bump to your ride. If you loosen it there is more bounce. That's about the best I can explain. Read your owners manual for details. As for the front a lot of lower end front shocks came pre-measured.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
