Hi there,
I wanted to see if anyone wanted to share photos of their workshop, workspace, stands, toolboards, benches, etc? My space is way to spread out as I store and service the bikes in the basement, true wheels in my office, and have a scattered bench, vise, cabinets, etc. in the garage. Most of my decent tools stay with the truing stand in the office. The set up doesn't make much sense and will likely all be moved to the basement and garage.
Thanks,
Andrew.
I want to post pictures of my psuedo work shop. I have turned my conodos' sunroom into a small cramped workspace.
ok so here is my first stab at having my own workshop. I just cleared out our sunroom in our condo and claimed it for all my bike stuff. I don't reall have a huge area to work in, so when we move in to a house in a few years I'll be sure to create a larger work space.

Anyone else have any cool setups. My father had an awesome work shop out behind their house and had it all hooked up. I hope to have something that cool someday. I'd settle for just a garage though.
I saw this posted, hopefully I'll build up to this someday
WOW that is a kool setup! How did they get my A/C unit from my house? There is one thing wrong with that picture.... it's to clean!

Yeah, way too clean, but that is an amazing setup. I would love to have a chance to dirty it up.
If I get a chance I'll take a pic of my little place of freedom in the basement. As for storage I keep "some" of my bikes in the garage. The only thing I am missing is a peg board backing. Where to start to find a cheap piece of that? Yes that is an awesome bike shop. This is the kind of shop that Robert Van Der Plas would have.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
No way I can post pics of my little work shop at this time its just to cold to take pics and way to cold to work on anything too.lol As far as tools goes most of mine are Stanley tools mixed with Pedor's and some Park tools. And I keep them in a Stanley work bag its heavy as heck too.I need to clean out my shop some how so I could hang most of them up and a peg board would work great now if I could only get my wife to let me throw her stuff out of my way hmmm!
My dad always told me a Sledge a matic can fix any thing.
VERY NICE!!!! That guy is good!!!

Wow, Jealous. I can't wait until I move into a house.
Here is my little setup not pretty or cleaned up by far but works. Also included is a picture of my homemade Bicycle stand holding the Next Bike.

Thank you Steve, yours is awesome , reflects alot. Especially mobility and the fact that any place no matter how small or large the area a bike can be worked on. That homemade cart is pretty sweet. I was gonna buy a little work bench from lowes for around 189.00 but instead spent WAY less putting together what is shown. Wood works just as well as steel in some instances. The one thing I will probably not get into is welding, although I have done some in my early years, just not that good lol. But again very setup!!
