Sounds like your axle may have broken.

What did you do to "fix it"?

Possible things: broken spoke, axle nuts / QR skewers slipped in dropouts, bent / broken axle, ...

When you spin the rear wheel, does the rim wobble (forget the tire) as it rotates?

I don't think this is your issue. But for the record, I've seen bikes that were ridden for months on a broken axle with the owner wondering why their wheel had a small amount of play in it. Much more so on a QR wheel where the skewer holds everything together though.

Looks like broken spoke and/or bent rim to me. But hard to tell just based on that video. HAve you checked any of the things that Joe_W listed above?
Also your plastic spoke protector (behind the gear cluster) has broken loose and is making that loud, scratchy sound. You can cut it out without removing the gear cluster.

No I'll have to check it and OK I really don't need it right
