I need help on how to remove a dyno chainring to repaint my frame.
pictures please.
You also need to remove the head set, the bottom bracket, and everything else attached to the frame. Then in needs to be prepped; with the next to last step before painting being plugging all the holes where paint should not go.

When you say dyno, are you referring to the brand Dyno that made BMX and Freestyle bikes? That was a subsidiary of GT?
Or do you mean that your bike has a chainring marked Dyno on its crankset? Either way - like Nigel said, a pic would really help!
