Sektor U-Turn coil 100-140mm

hello,

I've recently purchased Marin Mount Vision that came with Rockshox Sektor U-Turn coil 100-140mm fork. I weigh about 100Kg without gear, and the spring that came with the fork is too soft.

I have several questions:
1- where can I find a chart for rider weight - tuning spring stiffness? couldn't find any on rockshox site. there are tables but non of them have the sektor in. I'm afraid the X-firm will be too hard for my riding style.

2- I've seen on several online stores that the tuning springs fits QR setup but nothing on Maxell. on the spare part list from rockshox there isn't anything about that either, so I figured it should fit. will it?

Someone here had a link for a rider chart and I can't off the top of my mind think of who it was. I'll look around.
