Just got my Raleigh Venture 3.0 home and the front wheel will not roll!

Okay - what have i done. New bike for me.

more information required:

are the brakes rubbing?
if you remove the wheel from the bike, will it spin on it's axle?
did you break spokes?

maybe a few pictures too.

Finally figured it out!!! The bike guy turned my front end around one too many times and the cables were stressed!~! YAHOO!!!
