Thoughts on Vertical Wall Mounts

I live in a small apartment and want to keep my bike inside but don't want it to take up much space.

Are there any negative effects of using a vertical wall mount? (i.e. pressure on the wheels concentrated in directions that it shouldn't be concentrated)

Are there different kinds I should consider?

Do you have any other recommendations concerning such a device?

Hi Jason,
I would say just make sure it does not rest on one of the spokes causing it to bend. Other then that rims seem to be able to take alot of load.
