Thanks for that. I hear what your saying about the carbon. She is a pretty (in all senses of the word) light weight rider and has decided after having the dropper post for a year and not using it, that an adjustable post is not required. Even an average quality alloy post will be lighter than the dropper she currently has. i'll start looking now and see whats available. Cheers Stevo
