I rode extensively in my 20s and 30s, but now in my late 70s only to continue my cardiac rehab.
I do 90% of my own maintenance.

Fantastic to see you on here @Clint in KY. Do you ride in a group or solo mainly??

Clint in KY · 09-15-2025, 09:33 AM

I ride almost exclusively by myself. I am too slow for even the “no one left behind” group. I also stop and rest a bit, and hate to have folks wait for me.
