I think you will find that 18 inch motorcycle tires will fit. I think that is a big plus, particularly on cargo bikes, as motorcycle tires are stronger. If I had one, I would run motorcycle tires and tubes.

I don't know for sure. I suggest finding out the ISO size of the wheels on the bike.
I will be very surprised if they don't fit.
They are probably not providing this information, so they sell more tires.
