The model is easy: it an "Eros" model. The livery on the frame looks correct. Given the "www...." decal/stay guard I would assume it to be from the 2000s. Bianchi had that model produced for many years so hard to pin down an exact year unless you can trace the serial number or find that color (if only used 1 year) matching a catalog example. I have no idea how Bianchi has their bikes serialized, but you can probably contact Bianchi with the serial number, description, and/or photos with your inquiry.

As previously mentioned we need more photos of it with detailed images of the components (rims, brake/shifters, and derailleurs).

I believe these were considered quality entry level bikes and had triple ring cranksets; at least on earlier models. I doubt the frame was made in Italy; more likely Taiwan, and then assembled in Italy. It appears that there is a Reynolds 631 decal (531 would be on a lugged frame) on the down tube. That tubing was used to maintain strength while being able to use TIG welding instead of soldered lug construction. It is a quality tube, but certainly not the lightest (not the heaviest either). I doubt that the fork, pedals, and rear hub/wheel are original; who knows with the other parts; but I would assume that it had racing pedals and no spoke guard. It can easily be ugraded with improved components.

My best guess is from 2005-2010. Depending on condition, functionality, and components installed; I'd value it at $200 minimun to about $400.
