I previously lived in Washington state and the only thing I miss about it is the extensive network of trails that went all throughout the forests in the area. You ride a different trail every day for a month and never get bored with the scenery.

I have done the "loop" on the roadways. I didn't know there was a trail. Is it paved, gravel, or combination? I liked the trees overhanging the roadway; similar to Old Dixie Highway heading into Ormond.

I know there are some mountain bike trails in the Jefferson Memorial Forrest but mountain biking just hasn't been my thing in many years -- the last time I was doing trail riding they hadn't even invented mountain bikes yet.
