BMX integrated headset problems
#1
I recently bought a second hand Fit Bike Co frame and purchased a Rant headset to go with it. The integrated bevels for the headset bearings are too shallow for the bearings that came with the Rant headset. Is there smaller sealed bearings that will sit flush in the head tube?

Integrated means that the press in all the way.

I had a Salt Plus headset like this. The bearings were profiled for the cone-like cups that slip in and sit flush with the steerer tube.

Something's definitely amiss here.
