Help me identify this frameset!

Found this track bike on my local listing site, the geometry looks awesome! However, I can’t find much history about the brand, all that I know is that it was built in France. Does anyone know anything about F.Fraineau Cycles?

Nope. And if there's nothing on it then that really makes the value subjective.

Value is typically based on fame—especially for a vintage.
