Buying my 1st Hybrid Bike this weekend, advice needed

I’ve just sold my 13 year old Carrera Virtuoso road bike, it’s served me well and now I really fancy a hybrid bike as my new work commute has tough terrain with gravel paths etc…
I only cycle around 8 miles a day

I am buying 1 of these 3 “used” bikes below but can’t decide…they are all size XL

they are all going for around the same price and are in Mint Condition 😊

What would you think would be the nicer ride for speed, comfort and reliability ?

I’m 6ft 3” tall and weigh around 14.5 stone

"I'd favor the Trek. If the prices are close and they have your size the FX3 is probably slightly better spec, but make sure you get a bike that fits."
