Help with TORA 289 Rock Shocks
#1
I don't know how to adjust this fork. I'm not sure if it's air or spring coiled. I can see the travel adjustment. and two different things on the fork bottoms. The problem is that it bottoms out to easily. I need to increase the rebound, or "tighten" it. Not sure if it can be pumped up or I need to do something else.

They are made by SRAM and here is a direct link to their PDF user docs. http://www.sram.com/en/service/rockshox/view.php?catID=5&subcatID=2

Hey Jordan,
This link I am about to post has the complete adjustment criteria and how to within it. If you still do not understand then reply. I am not savvy with them either but the instructions are pretty easy. These should be the same as your 289's.
NOTE: Sorry about the useless link in the last post.
