Hello! I used to love bike riding however haven't done it in years. I have 2 kids who love to ride bikes and want to get back into it to ride with them. I'm in good condition physically, and just need an easy to ride bike and a bit more confidence. Suggestions for a bike would be appreciated!

just stay away from dept store bikes and you will be fine. Go check out local bicycle shops and a good staff can help you check the styles and pro's and cons of each to help you find the right choice and fit.
