Help with Hubs

Hello all! New member. Am I able to fit an 11 spd hub from a disc wheel on an 11 speed wheel that uses rim brakes. Thanks for any help!!

Interesting question, I've typically heard people asking the other way around
It would help lots if you knew hub models or could send us images of them/current hub.

Is it front wheel or rear wheel?
How many spoke holes these wheels have? I'm assuming that you already have the other wheel ...

There can be an issue with spoke holes and spokes, depends on front/rear wheel. Rim brake wheels can have 20 holes in front vs disc brake wheels with 24 holes.

A disc hub can be used to build wheels both for disc and rim brakes. Keep in mind that it is considered best practice to keep the lacing pattern the same when reusing a hub.

Edit to add: the rim has to be rim brake specific when using it with a rim brake, disc brake rims have thin side walls. So you could use a rim brake rim and a disc brake hub to build a general purpose backup wheel.
