How do you rotate handlebars up or down?

I have a 2008 Trek 7500 with there new style handle bars. How do you rotate the handle bars up or down? On my trek 7100 there is a screw in the center to reset the handle bars. I would like to avoid taking the bike back to the store for this adjustment.

Hi Bob,

If there's a bolt on the front of you stem, you should be able to loosen it off to rotate the handlebars, and then tighten it again.
