$20 as is to someone looking for one, $50 to $100 after dumping $150 dollars into it plus countless hour of restoration. If looking to sell it, sell it as is in other words.

Sweet women's bike ... quite rusty though, would take some time to restore it, but definitely a nice project for some bike restoration enthusiast.
