Can Someone Help Me with repairing this

My wife LOVES riding her bike a half mile to the lake every day. Unfortunately a few days ago she got a stick in the chain and it made the whole assembly come off. I have no idea how to fix it and I'm a fairly handy guy. Any ideas or is this unit too old to find parts pieces for?
