Hello ! Back on the Bike
#1
Hi everyone ! I had a computer crash shortly after registering, stopped riding my bike and had forgotten the site name.I live in Citrus county FL. and within blocks of the Rails to Trails which is a great place to ride. I've got a couple of weeks riding 6 miles 3 days a week.I can feel the difference already,my legs and stamina are improving with every ride.Exercise in moderation is wonderful thing. I still have my Trek 7000 that I won at Sweetbay supermarket which is what got me riding in the first place,I hadn't rode much since I was a kid.I like to do my own bike maintenance and will have questions as I know there are some knowledgeable people here.Everyone have a safe a fun ride !
