Help with quick release/trainer
#1
I just got my first bike so I got a simple cheap one to start off. It's a Next 6.0 from Wal Mart. I am trying to set it up on a trainer. The instruction tell me to replace the quick release on the back wheel with the one that came with the trainer. However, the bike doesn't have a quick release. Any idea how I can get it set up? Would really appreciate any help!

Depending on how the trainer is designed, you may not be able to. I'd look up the brand of trainer and see if you can find a phone number/sire for the company and ask them. (Or if you post pictures of the part where the rear wheel attaches to the trainer, we may be able to advise.
