Bike rack replacement part

I purchased a Cradle bike rack BC-X805-2 on ebay last year and a spring broke on one of the support hooks. I have been looking for replacement parts everywhere. There is no web page for Cradle or and contact numbers. Does anyone know anything about this type of rack or one similar? Thanks, Jeff
