Can anyone tell me more about my bike?

Hi - I bought this bike about 13 years ago, and it's been a steady love. It's a Raleigh 1 speed, and I don't know anything other than that - I have no idea how old it is. It's also extremely heavy. Any info would be awesome, thanks

The saddle and matching grips point to it being a nicer model. I can't tell by the pic. Is there a model name on the top tube?
