Cup and cone or cartridge?

I have a 2006 Trek 7300 hybrid. How can I tell whether I have a cup and cone or a cartridge for a bottom bracket? Do I have to take it apart or are there tell tale signs I can see from the outside?

if you just take the crank arm of you should be able to tell.

I can assure you that it is a cartridge BB.
