Hello, first time poster and a total beginner to all bike related things. I'm trying to get the right suspension for my fork (se title) and all i have to go by is this chart (http://cdn.sram.com/cdn/farfuture/w-VgiIOcJk0ctlYQt_YkiYAUSO8O3XCz9G9PJvWVxH4/mtime:1328119560/sites/default/files/techdocs/rockshox_suspension_fork_coil_spring_chart_gen_0000000004149_rev_c.pdf) and the chart says "blue/firm". So my question is, what does blue/firm mean and how do i apply it on my fork.
A huge thanks in advance!

Ps: sorry for my poor english.

The springs are color coded and you have a choice of three that depend on your weight.
