Can't Shift From Small Up To Big Ring

Full Dura Ace setup. Pretty new chain. Easily shifts down from big to small chain ring, but won't shift up to big ring unless I am in smallest gear on the cassette. Mostly an inconvenience, but I'd like it to work as it should. Any ideas?

Adjust your cable thats all it needs then you can shift again.
