Good morning all. I'm new to the site and just wanted to touch base with the members of the site and say hello. I live in the foothills of Western New York about 30 miles Southeast of Buffalo. I love gravel trails and rail trails are my favorite riding spots. Erie Canal Trail, Genesee Valley Greenway and the new Adirondack Rail Trail are a few of my favorite trails along with remote logging roads in Northern Ontario. I love my hardtail and think it is the most versatile bike style made. Love to here from any members in my region and would like to do a group ride with some of them possibly. Regards for now. Bike for freedom, bike for health.

The last of the snow just melted the middle of last week and the bike told me it wanted to get out but it's too sloppy still to get out. First ride will be in the Adirondacks early next month...weather pending.

Welcome, @MartenRat. Hope you get to ride more of your hardtail once the mud season is over. Indeed, we all bike for health, fun and the freedom it affords us to any/everywhere.

Take care.
