Love bike riding...rail trails are my preference. The more rural the location the more I like it. I found that bike riding has been a health improving activity since being diagnosed with Crohn's in 2013. Bike riding is about the freedom of being outside and enjoying nature at your own pace. Pedal for Health ...Pedal for peace...of mind! P.S. I think that hardtails rule!
