Not really. Since just after Xmas, I've been staying 99% of the time at my parents' helping dad care for my increasingly demented mum. Aiming to move her to a care home soon, then I can take a rest.

Sorry to hear that @enkei. Hopefully, things will settle down soon. I spent a few weeks with my 80+-year-old dad, and I was reminded of the importance of health, but also its fragility.

I have a new work now which require me to report in at around 8am in the morning, because of this, I have shifted my training time to 4am in the morning and I feel like Kobe Bryant for some reason haha

@enkei ....know the feeling. My Mum has to be hoisted to the toilet, bed etc as can't walk anymore. Dementia has hit home big time...

@Flowrider Ugh! Life can be difficult, to say the least. I think I handle it okay, but for my dad, it must be terrifying.
