You should relay which hub you have specifically. For some, such as Shimano hubs, you may simply need to buy an 11 speed freehub body and it will swap out effortlessly with the current one. However, for more proprietary hubs, a freehub body swap may not be so easily available. You'll need to rebuild the wheel with any hub matching your current rear OLD.
