No adjusting barrel on rear derailleur
#1
I'm trying to adjust my SRAM X-7 rear derailleur but it appears that it has no adjusting barrel for adjusting cable tension. Can someone explain to me how to adjust the derailleur without it? Can I rely solely on the adjusting barrel at the shift lever? Thanks!

I'd say: yes, if the cable is not too long. Looking at the manual at http://www.sram.com/_media/...PDF, this is also what they write in step 6.
