They have a screw. If you screw them in, it should bring the arm out.

Give that a try first.

I have a trek domane 2.3, and I have changed the rear tyre to 28 (it was 25 originally)
The tyre rubs with the brake arm (v brake), I fear it doesn’t seem to be compatible

Is there any way to adjust the position of the brake arm? I just need it to ne around 2mm higher
Thanks

is it V-Brake or Caliper types? if it is a V type, you can usually put thicker tires that's why this type of brake was super popular with mountain biking before the advent of disc brakes, if it is a caliper there's usually a lever that you can toggle to make the caliper a little wider to fit the wheels in, 25 to 28 isn't a really huge jump and should allow your tire and wheel to fit right in. Hope this helps

Correct, the Domane is a ROAD bike with Caliper brakes and not V-brakes. It can be set up with a 28 mm tire though you may have to fiddle with it some. In fact, I believe they are spaced for 30 or 32 mm tires. In one older bike I had to put two star washers in the space between the brake surface and the frame hanger but it worked fine. Remember that the Domane is a recent addition so it will definitely mount 28's.
