Have you ever seen rims with holes in them. like this?

   

This is not my bike, but I thought it was interesting. I don't know much about it. It is likely to be from Japan, maybe around 20 years old.

Many years ago a customer of mine painted the rims on her bike with stick people. She also painted the frame with the same figures. Kinda interesting the first time one sees it.
