Somebody could make something similar, screw a rim around it, and put a tire on it. It would be heavier than a normal wheel. But it would be entertaining.

I adore Sam Pilgrim. I absolutely love his bubbly energy and his warm demeanour. And he's an absolute riot. He can ride a bike, too.
