I assume you are looking for just a front derailleur. A standard bottom pull unit with 28.6mm clamp size should work. Probably find an original one online at ebay and similar sites. A new replacement one in the economical price range is probably about $20-$25, and should be available at a bike shop or online. Check your tube's outside diameter to ensure proper fit.
You may find a decent used Schwinn bike (Le Tour or similar model) for sale online for under $50 complete if you think you'll need other parts. They were common models and there are always examples for sale online, as well as at yardsales, thrift stores, etc. Check your bike shops, they might have a good used derailleur laying about.

I agree with Jesper, I would find another Letour close to the same age as yours that's in decent shape and then use it for parts, the price of a donor bike would be the same as trying to buy a single part!
