Hi my name is Jeff I live in NY state . I own 5 bikes now looking to get down to 2 or 3 . I have cycled over 2,000 miles the last 2 years. No trips higher than 49 miles most trips from 7-24 miles per day in good weather . I turn 67 next month and love to cycle or walk daily.

Make sure you get some fresh grease in your hubs every 3 months.

Sounds like you bike as much as me and I have almost nothing else to do.

This is the minimum maintenance my hubs require.

We are getting a lot of "young" riders on this site. Everyone is starting to make me feel a lot younger. I travel by you when heading to the finger lakes and Rochester during my northern travels; nice area.
