What is your favorite MTB trail/route in the US?

I don't mountain bike -- all my trail riding is on a horse so I stay as far from bike trails as possible

Plains of Abraham on Mt. St Helen's! I broke my wrist there so it's a surprising answer but it's the coolest ride when you get to the area where the volcano remnants are.
